Get out of the house. Spend some time away from them if you feel a fight coming on because nothing good comes out of fighting with family

Figure out the main reason you don't get a long with your family members and if it's something they are doing let them know that it would make your relationship with them a lot better if that changed

Understand where they are coming from too. If it's your parents, they can be a pain, but they really do just want you to be a good person and to have everything you need to be successful in life

Let them finish telling you their concerns and understand them before expressing your own. who knows, you might actually agree with what they are saying

It is better to understand deeply about the seriousness of the matter before making any comment from you.
Tips
Don't have a bad attitude. Trust me, it gets you nowhere fast
As said before, get out of the house if you feel a fight coming on. Just let them know where you are going and tell them you need some time to cool off
Calm down before you express your feelings or talk to a family member that has hurt you recently
