How to Create a Healthy Office Environment

Here are some tips to make life more healthy in the office:

    Let your desk illuminated by bright lights. Keep your desk near the window, because the bright light from the sun is very good for health and comfort at work. Or, try your desk close to the incandescent lamp so that everything can be seen by the reach of the eye.

    Open the window of your room. If the AC makes the air too cold it can make skin dry and chapped.
