How to Keep a Healthy Smile

A good smile will make people notice you. Taking good care of your teeth is important, and it will keep your smile healthy and beautiful!

Steps

    1
    Brush your teeth twice every day, after breakfast and supper. You can also brush after lunch if you want to. Brush for at least 2 minutes, and use a good toothpaste that has fluoride. If you want to REALLY clean your teeth, try using an electric toothbrush.

    Floss and use mouthwash after you brush your teeth. Make sure that when you floss, you get between all of your teeth. Use a good mouthwash with fluoride and that covers many ares of dental health.

    Make sure you get plenty of calcium and vitamin D. Eat lots of cheese and milk, and try not to eat a lot of sugary foods and sodas.

    Go to the dentist twice a year to keep your teeth in good health. Your dentist can give you tips on taking care of your teeth.

    If you want to whiten your teeth, go ahead!

    Do NOT swallow mouthwash or toothpaste!!
    Do NOT bleach your teeth.
