How to keep cool in the Summer.

Steps

    1
    Dress for the weather. If it's really hot out, don't go out wearing sweaters and tight jeans. You should probably wear short-sleeved shirts and shorts.

    Keep yourself hydrated. Lots of liquids, but none with too much sugar. It might make you even more dehydrated, and it could definitely make you sick. Stick to water or low-sugar drinks.

    Go swimming if you have the chance! If not, cool showers might be your best friend (also help with body odour in this heat).

    Get some exercise and then relax. You wouldn't want to use your body too much when it's really hot, especially outside. It could make you sick.

Warnings

    If you get too hot you might very well get sick, so just try following these steps!
