How to Keep Yourself Healthy

It's great to be healthy. When you're healthy, you are happy. When you're healthy, you feel great. Read this article to know how to be healthy.

    Maintain a good diet.
    Your health largely relies on a healthy diet. Eat a variety of nutritious foods such as vegetables, fruits, bread, meat and beans.

    Exercise every day. After you eat food, your body gets calories, but the extra calories turn into fat, so exercising burns the extra calories.

    Have good oral hygiene.
    You need to care for your teeth and gums. If you don't care for them, they will start to rot and decay away. You can't chew without teeth, so brush and floss your teeth everyday and use mouthwash occasionally.

    Have good basic hygiene.
    Staying clean makes you feel fresh and maybe a nice smell. So everyday hop on to the shower or bath and use some shampoo (and body wash if you like). The instructions should be on the bottle.
