How to Cry at Night Without Being Detected by Siblings

Do you have some nights where you just let it go? Have annoying siblings who get in your business? This article tells you how to cry without being detected.

 Steps
  1. 1
Cover your mouth with a pillow or a blanket. This immediately stops the high pitched sounds from escaping.

  2. 2
Don't sniffle. This makes the sibling automatically suspicious.

  3. 3
Change crying methods. If you wail at the top of our lungs, he/she will bug you. One of the best methods is to just let the tears fall down.

  4. 4
Don't breathe in. This will make a sound similar to sniffling, but will sound like you're choking. Breath slowly and take deep breaths so this doesn't happen.

  5. 5
Don't talk for a while. If you talk shortly after crying, your voice will be altered and sound like you've been crying.

Tips
  • Find something or someone that makes you happy and think about them so the effect after crying will be reduced.
