How to Make a Punching Bag for Free

This is just a guide to making a punching bag with no cost to yourself.

   GET A DUFFEL BAG. The best are the hot dog duffel bags, but others will be okay.

   GET PADDING. Stuff like clothes and pillows.

   STUFF IT. If you want to make it extra heavy put a brick or two in the middle or bottom. Make sure to stuff the padding down tight.
